I build production AI systems — agentic pipelines, RAG architectures, ML platforms, and governed data infrastructure — that close the loop between models and real decisions. At UIC I led the CLEAN initiative, designing a multi-agent system adopted by local governments to benchmark climate investments, with research accepted at the Sustainability Research and Innovation Congress spanning 80+ countries. At PlanSource I built a churn prediction system that quantified $2.1M in annual revenue at risk across 7.5M consumers, directly changing the product roadmap. I care about the gap between "model trained" and "decision made" — and I've gotten good at closing it.
